About Rhonda:
I have been in the field of interpreting since 1987, the majority of this time as a freelance interpreter, working in settings including conference, post-secondary education, technical and scientific, public events, government and community. For over 20 years I have been involved with the deaf-blind community and am currently chair of the National Task Force on Deaf-Blind Interpreting. In addition to interpreting, I write about interpreting and have taught interpreting at both the undergraduate and graduate levels as well as presented locally and nationally. Currently, I am providing video remote interpreting services, primarily for short-notice or last-minute needs.
